These are starting prices for appropriately scoped engagements. Larger or more complex projects are quoted individually.

We agree on scope, deliverables, and pricing before work begins. We’ll also explain expected third-party and ongoing operating costs.

Questions about cost.

Do we have to pay for an assessment before you can build anything?
No. If you have a well-defined project and we have enough information to scope it responsibly, we can move directly into implementation. For more complex or less defined projects, an assessment helps avoid expensive mistakes.
Are there ongoing fees?
That depends on the solution. AI models, cloud infrastructure, and third-party software may have usage or subscription costs. We’ll explain those before implementation. Our ongoing support is separate and optional, though business-critical systems still need someone responsible for monitoring and maintenance.
What if we don’t know what our budget should be?
That’s common. Start by telling us what problem you’re trying to solve. We’ll help you understand the likely investment, potential return, and whether there’s a smaller way to test the idea before committing to something larger.
